The company’s LinkedIn presence was overhauled and the recruitment site of the company website upgraded with strong emphasis on written and video testimonials from a diverse spread of staff to ensure messages felt relevant and authentic.

The results included improved retention plus a strong flow of suitable candidates for roles in the UK and Middle, vacancies being filled more quickly, and a hugely reduced need to use recruitment agencies.
